Payment and Insurance Options
We currently accept Aetna, Cigna , Florida Blue (some BCBS plans), Carelon, Curative, Ascension Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Meritain and Self Pay.
Insurance is the best and most affordable option for many clients. If you have out of network benefits we can provide a superbill. In addition, we provide self-pay options.

We partner with Alma and Headway to be able to accept insurance. You can enter your insurance information here. I suggest trying Headway first as Alma does not accept secondary insurance and Headway does. They will check your insurance and get back to you within 24-hours.

We accept a limited number of sliding scale slots at $65-$85/ hour based upon therapist discretion and availability.
THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT.

I use a few different techniques for a bit of an eclectic style. However, primarily I use EMDR and DBT therapy. You can expect that if you are coming to me for EMDR that we will also have some talk sessions and review some DBT skills as well.

My office is located in Longwood, FL near Weikiva Springs which is a short drive from Lake Mary, Sanford, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Winter Park and downtown Orlando. In-person availability is limited. However, virtually I service all of Florida.
